The College facilities enhance academic learning, spiritual and extra-curricular programs. The expansion of our Secondary facilities include large flexible, technology enabled learning spaces, Café, Food Technology and Visual Arts Centre, a purpose designed Language Centre and a cutting-edge Industrial Technology Centre, a brand-new Aquatic Precinct that is home to TLC Swim Club and also includes a Learn to Swim Facility, as well as our impressive state-of-the-art indoor sporting facility - Multi-Purpose Hall, that includes four convertible indoor courts.
Our classrooms are designed with the intent of delivering a curriculum and teaching philosophy that facilitates the 21st century skills of collaboration, personal and social competence, and critical and creative thinking, thus best preparing our students for life after school.
All buildings are air-conditioned, providing the optimum learning environment in the Queensland climate.
Future building stages will be constructed to keep pace with the expected growth in student numbers.
Multi-Purpose Hall
Our brand-new Multi-Purpose Hall is an impressive state-of-the-art indoor sporting facility for the whole community that includes four convertible indoor courts that are equipped for basketball (2 courts that include a show court plus three score boards), badminton (4 courts), volleyball (2 courts), netball, futsal and other sporting opportunities. The new build also includes three additional classrooms with one of these being a dedicated strength and conditioning room, a large office space and staffroom, change rooms and toilets designed to cater for both school and community use, storage rooms plus an additional car park.
College Hall
The College Hall accommodates 440 guests (seated) and is ideal for performances, workshops and presentations. It can be accessed via Car Park 2 with ample parking available.
Aquatic Precinct (Pool)
Our brand-new Aquatic Precinct features:
- 8-lane 25m heated swimming pool with ramp access
- Highly experienced coaching staff
- Professional quality training programs
- Large fully equipped amenities area for both separate male and female change rooms, showers and bathrooms
- Dedicated PWD (Person With Disability) facility onsite

Stage 2 of the Aquatic Precinct is due for completion in 2024 and includes:
- Shaded, elevated Grandstand adjacent to the existing outdoor pool
- Indoor, heated, Learn-to-Swim Facility

The Chapel
North Lakes Uniting Church is an inter-generational community of people committed to living out God's good news to each other, the community and creation.
Services are held each Sunday at 9:30am followed by fellowship and refreshments in "The Chapel" at The Lakes College. All welcome.
